By booking JD Studio (Sanu Debnath), you agree to these terms.
Services
We provide websites, online stores, social media creatives/reels, WhatsApp marketing assets, Google listing/SEO help, logo & branding, and video ads as agreed in your WhatsApp brief / quote.
Quotes & scope
- Published starting prices (e.g. landing page from ₹2,000) cover the listed inclusions.
- Custom / premium / store / marketing work is quoted before production.
- Major scope changes after the draft may require a revised quote.
Payment
- UPI only. Part payment upfront to start; balance after draft approval (unless otherwise agreed).
- Always confirm the UPI payee name before paying.
Client content
You confirm you own or have rights to photos, logos and text you send. You are responsible for product claims and pricing accuracy on your page.
Delivery & revisions
Timelines start after we receive required content and the agreed advance. Reasonable draft revisions are included; large new sections may be re-quoted.
Portfolio
Unless you ask us not to in writing, we may show your project (screenshots / link) in JD Studio’s portfolio.
Liability
We build and deliver digital assets carefully, but we are not liable for indirect losses (e.g. missed sales) or third-party platform outages (WhatsApp, Instagram, hosting, UPI apps).
