Refund policy

Advance / booking amount
The upfront amount reserved to start work is generally non-refundable once design or production has begun, because time and draft work are already spent.
Before work starts
If you cancel before we begin (no draft started), we will refund the advance minus any payment gateway / UPI fees if applicable.
After draft delivery
- If we cannot deliver the agreed scope, you may receive a partial or full refund of amounts paid for undelivered work.
- Change-of-mind after a draft has been delivered does not usually qualify for a full refund; unused balance may be discussed case by case.
Creative packs & video ads
Once final creatives / video files are delivered and approved, sales are final. File replacement for genuine errors on our side is free.
